1. Power source is provided by built-in hydraulic station. The hydraulic expansion force is much larger than the pneumatic expansion force, which can greatly reduce the ellipticity of the nozzle during matching, ensure the consistency of the matching size, and reduce the welding defects caused by misalignment in the welding process.
2. The equipment is driven by electro-hydraulic motor, to achieve front and back walking and braking linkage control, to ensure the safety of the mechanism.
3. Suitable for slope (-35° ~ +35°) section of the pipeline butt construction.
4. The equipment can pass the bend ≥6D, the front end is equipped with positioning and correction mechanism.
5. The device uses rechargeable lithium battery pack power supply, can be charged at any time. The continuous operation of a single charge is not less than 6 hours, and the single full charge travel is not less than 500m, which can meet the working needs of a day on site.
6. The operation process is designed for the mechanism front control, external joystick control, handheld wireless remote control three control methods, to meet the different requirements of field operation.
